Developed to cope with the harsh working environment of construction sites and sand stock yards, this heavy-load U-panel FIBC solves two major troubles of traditional sand bags: fine sand seepage and premature edge wear. U-shaped panel structure improves the overall stereoscopic stability of the bag body. When fully loaded with sand, the bag can stand upright naturally without bulging or serious distortion, which brings convenience for stacking storage and forklift transportation, greatly optimizing the layout efficiency of construction yards and material warehouses.
The bag adopts a dual-spout structure that differs from ordinary single-opening ton bags. The wide top skirt opening allows bulk sand to be poured in rapidly without blockage or splashing during feeding. The dual discharge outlets at the bottom realize split discharging. Workers can control the outflow speed of sand arbitrarily according to construction progress, avoiding material accumulation and waste caused by one-time full discharging. Lifting loops are sewn onto the side seams of the fabric instead of simply pasted on the surface, the integrated sewing method disperses lifting tension evenly across the whole bag body and lowers the probability of tearing when hoisting heavy sand.
The multi-layer leak-proof reinforcement system is the core highlight of this sand FIBC. Every stitching seam is fitted with two cotton strips to fill the tiny gaps between stitching lines, which can block tiny sand grains from escaping out of the seams fundamentally. The whole edge is treated with blue overlock & binding reinforcement to prevent the woven fabric from fraying after long-term friction. An extra layer of non-woven fabric is compounded inside the bag, which not only further blocks fine sand permeation, but also buffers friction between sand and the PP woven base cloth, prolonging the service cycle of the bulk bag repeatedly.
Made of virgin high-tenacity polypropylene woven fabric, every finished sand FIBC will undergo load-bearing pull test and leak inspection before delivery to guarantee stable quality for mass orders. Apart from fixed structural styles shown here, we support personalized modification on loop styles, spout quantity, edge color and leak-proof configurations according to clients’ actual construction conditions.
