Detailed Description
Our high temperature resistant FIBC is tailor-made for hot asphalt handling, a core packaging product for road construction and infrastructure engineering. Designed to endure a maximum temperature of 180°C, it effectively resists heat radiation and thermal deformation when holding freshly produced hot asphalt, avoiding softening, shrinkage or damage caused by high temperature.
To solve the problem of bag body collapsing under the weight of viscous asphalt, this bulk bag is fitted with four standard wooden support rods in specification φ2.5*1.4. The supporting structure provides lasting vertical support, keeps the bag fully expanded and upright throughout filling, moving and stacking, guarantees smooth operation and maintains regular bag shape in complex construction sites.
In terms of material formula, we adopt high-purity virgin polypropylene as the base material, mixed with 3% functional masterbatch and 1% UV stabilizer in scientific proportion. This optimized formula greatly enhances the overall heat resistance, tensile performance and outdoor weatherability. The added UV component effectively slows down material aging, fading and performance degradation under long-time sunlight exposure, so the bag can adapt to open-air construction environments and long-cycle outdoor storage.
Every piece undergoes strict thermal resistance and load bearing tests before delivery, complying with international engineering packaging standards. The sturdy woven structure combines heat resistance and mechanical toughness, adapting to frequent lifting, haulage and on-site turnover. Whether for short-distance transfer within the factory or long-distance transportation to construction sites, this asphalt dedicated FIBC maintains stable performance. It has become the preferred bulk packaging choice for asphalt manufacturers, road contractors and engineering service providers around the world.
