Detailed Description
Our 1200kg Graphite Powder FIBC Bulk Bag is a purpose-built flexible intermediate bulk container engineered to meet the stringent demands of handling ultra-fine, high-dusting graphite powder in industrial environments. Crafted from 160g/m² white plain woven polypropylene (PP) fabric with both inner and outer coatings, the outer shell delivers exceptional tensile strength and abrasion resistance, forming a robust barrier against physical damage during repeated lifting, stacking, and cross-border shipping operations.
At the core of its performance is a dual-layer containment system, combining the coated PP outer fabric with an 80g/m² coated polyethylene (PE) inner liner. This integrated liner provides superior moisture-proofing, preventing humidity-induced clumping and degradation of graphite powder, while the sift-proof construction eliminates even the particle escape, ensuring a clean, dust-free work environment and compliance with workplace safety standards.
Reinforced with 130g/m² white plain woven coated mesh fabric stitched internally, the bag offers enhanced puncture resistance, a critical feature when handling graphite powder that may contain sharp-edged particles or during rough handling in mining and manufacturing facilities. The design includes a Φ35×50 top inlet and Φ30×70 bottom outlet, optimized for controlled filling and discharge of fine powders, minimizing material waste and improving operational efficiency.
Equipped with four heavy-duty lifting loops made of 45g/m white soft PP yarn, the bag supports safe lifting up to its 1200kg rated capacity, with reinforced stitching at all stress points to prevent tears and failures under load. The bag’s dimensions (105×105×75cm) are tailored for efficient stacking and storage, maximizing warehouse space utilization, while the use of 1X3 high-strength sewing thread ensures long-lasting durability even in harsh conditions.
Ideal for applications including natural graphite, synthetic graphite, and anode material packaging in the battery, metallurgy, and chemical sectors, this FIBC bulk bag addresses the challenges of fine powder handling, from preventing dust emissions to maintaining material purity and moisture stability. Customization options, including modified liner specifications, discharge configurations, and static control features, are available to align with specific industrial and regulatory requirements.
